Stamped Concrete Installation
Workers damaged front steps while removing adjacent concrete walk. They replaced it but not to its original overlay design. Walkway they replaced had a defect they did not fix. The second part of the job to repair overlay on patio they cancelled after waiting 35 days to do the job. They decided job was too small and decided not to do it. Very unprofessional company.

"This is a customer that can not be pleased. His front step was attached to the walkway and was cracked previous to us beginning work. The customer got irate and blamed my workers so I chose to replace the step at no charge for customer satisfaction. Obviously that was a bad decision. I was clear and upfront with this customer from the beginning about my time line. He chose to be pushy, rude and condescending to me and then I chose to cancel the remaining $400 job rather than deal with his abuse. This is the worst customer I have ever worked for. It is a shame that now I have this bad review after we gave this customer quality service."

Green Machine excavated our hillside and installed StoneMakers-brand retaining walls, built-in fountain and patio surface. Our requests were unusual, but Chris & Mike kept their promise; our vision was fully realized. The process was quick, clean and thorough. Although StoneMakers is great, it took the talents of Green Machine and crew to use this outstanding process to create natural-looking splendor. It�s amazing. The �stone� looks real.

The technicians worked like deamons all day without missing a beat. They did everything that they were supposed to do and did a complete clean-up after they were done. I never heard a peep from them. It was like they weren't even there.

excellant company. the contractors arrived at my house on time and did not bother me for nothing I had the gate unlock for them . It took two days to put the vinyle fence up. After their work they cleaned up better than I had it when they arrived and also reseeded were necessary(but they really did not have too, it was bare in areas before they came). the inspector came and also said they did an excellant job. thanks again service magic for listing this company I will use them again

I was impressed with the services provided by Green Landscaping. Michael was knowledgeable & in a few days sent us a picture of how our landscaping would look absolutely free.On the day of the installation, everything was done with great deal of attention. They treated my yard like it was their own. They did an excellent job and we are extremely pleased with how it looks. However, some of the plants that were installed (bec. it was late fall) didn't look too good & I was told that they would install new plants if it didn't survive. We definitely will use them again and probably would be the only landscaping company we use in the future also.

They were quick and professional - had a person over the next day to evaluate the work needed and quoted me a very fair price. They have been here each week since, which (for whatever reason) I have found to be rare here in Cincinnati. We've been here 5 years and GREEN MACHINE is now our 4th lawn service because others failed to show on a regular basis or did terrible work.

Average Price, Below Average work. When my job was priced edging, cutting and blowing was supposed to be included. They never blew off my patio and back part of my driveway even though I specifically asked and as far as edging goes they could have skipped it and I barely would even have noticed. I read the reviews before considering them and I thought they would do good work so I am assuming there are different crews that service the various areas of southeast Ohio. The crew that services my area must be one of the worst.

Absolutely Perfect! Professional from the beginning with a beautiful proposal that included a picture of my house with the proposed landscaping. The finished product looks EXACTLY like the proposal. Price was comparable with other bids. Two complete strangers have already stopped and asked for the name of my landscaper!
