A 1 star rating is generous. This company uses faulty products and will not stand behind their work. Ryan coated my garage in June 2024 and less than a month later, the coating started to peel away. As of today, May 13, 2026 the coating continues to peel away and I'm still waiting for Ryan to come and repair the work WHICH I OFFERED TO PAY FOR. Ryan blames the peeling on moisture, but when my husband and I coated our garage back in 2004 we got 10 years out of the DIY Home Depot product we used. It started yellowing from sun damage, which is why we wanted to redo it. What a huge mistake that was, and a waste of $5300. Ryan is unresponsive at best, condescending when he actually replies (*AFTER* the job is finished), and does not stand behind his warranty. He has no problem selling you a product, but the only guarantee you'll get is that you'll never see him again if something goes wrong.

Knowledgeable meticulous honest Ryan and his crew were hard working and easy to work with. They took great care to prepare and repair the floor keeping me informed throughout the process. The results are better than expected.

Company did not perform scheduled coating of garage floor. I had to contact them. Told they could not get product, while other companies are able to get product. Did not return calls. Ignored request for refund of deposit back to June.

Installers were all business and did excellent work, one was just not too chatty. The other took time to explain the process when asked.

Our garage floor was heavily coated with oil. Concrete Coatings ground down the oil stains and sealed cracks and chips and coated the floor. It looks amazing! Everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this family run company.

I had Concrete Coatings surface my entire garage floor, almost 1000 sq ft. They filled in the cracks and expansion joints and leveled areas that were not flat. The final product exceeded my expectations! Very friendly and helpful crew, I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors coated.

Concrete Coatings of MN coated the floor of my 3-car garage. I considered 2 other companys. One of them had not been in the business very long and the other had some bad online reviews. CC of MN price was in line with the others. They are not a huge operation but they're not a one-man show either. I think there are about 4 or 5 guys but I don't know for sure. What I liked about CC was: 1. They always answered the phone and were ready with answers to my questions before, during, and after the job. 2. They showed up on time and spent a lot of time doing floor repair and surface preparation prior to applying the coating (I understand this is important to prevent the coating from failing). 3. The finished floor looks spectacular. I think there are before and after photos on their facebook page if you're interested. 4. I did have a small issue with an area of the topcoat but as soon as I called them about it they came by and fixed it- no questions asked. 5. BTW a neighbor stopped by to check it out and mentioned that he had CC do his garage a couple years ago and was also very satisfied with his experience. With all the 'Big Talkers' out there it's nice to have worked with a company that does what they say they're going to do, and on schedule! Everyone we interacted with was good to work with, and most importantly the work they did was Great!

Our concrete garage floor had severe erosion and cracks. Everyone from Concrete Coatings of Minnesota went over and above to repair and give us the high quality finished product that they promised. Tony was very prompt in replying and then coming to our home to do an estimate for us. We chose this company over several others in part because of the customer service. There were many chip color mix options, and this was important to me. Tony had a sample sent to me so that I could be certain of my choice. After I made my decision, he expressed concern that I had chosen a mix with a lot of white, and then arranged a conference call with the chip supplier in which we created a custom mix - reducing the white by 10% and increasing charcoal by 5% and two mid-grays each by 2.5%. How is that for personal service? The crew worked efficiently and completed our 28x32 garage with stem walls and a step in one day. Our garage floor was terrible before, but now we love our garage floor. It is beautiful. On a personal preference, we decided to add a second coat of the clear top coat, and Tony accommodated us quickly. Our garage floor is perfect.

This project was completed in one day and my garage floor is beautiful. Everyone was very easy to work with and very professsional.

My garage floor was in dire need of a tune up. Two of my neighbors had their floors coated by Tony and his crew. I was very impressed with the dedication and workmanship performed. I loved the floor and had mine quoted. The price was great and I couldn't wait to have mine done. The work was performed about a month ago and my wife and I love our new floor. I would HIGHLY recommend the coating and Tony's crew! Great PROFESSIONAL job! Excellent workmanship, punctual and friendly company. We couldn't be more pleased.
