John the salesman was very professional and kept me informed the whole way through the process. He emailed me regularly and would quickly respond to any questions. The install team did a great job. We stained and sealed our concrete floors. They turned out great. I would recommend.

They were courteous and prompt and worked in a professional manner. There were some problems with voids in the finish, but they came back and corrected all that they could. Overall, we are pleased with the job.
