Concrete Craft

Bob and his crew were painless and fun to work with, two things I did not expect, especially right now. We had a pretty nasty situation in our daylight basement and Bob didn't bat an eye. He made us feel like our hopes were totally doable, and they all really delivered. They were patient, flexible and affordable and FAST. They talked us through all the decisions and provided a lot of guidance on color. Respectful of our property, kind, funny. Really more than I hoped for. They definitely transformed our smelly, neglected basement into a space I am not longer afraid to be in. The stained concrete is beautiful and comfortable to walk on! Thanks guys so much for everything!

Bob and his crew did a great job on our commercial kitchen floor. We would recomend their team. We had a tight deadline while our business was closed and they managed it well, in spite of their product not arriving on time. They were able to find a different product in time and completed it without any issues. They came back for touchup and helped us move equipment back in place and with their pallet jack, at no extra cost. Thanks Bob.

I am afraid I can not recommend Concrete Craft. The owner came out and checked out the job (sealing a concrete patio); he seemed knowledgeable and was pleasant. But the crew who did the job really did not do it well; they allowed the sealant to pool in places and their brush strokes overlapped so the color was darker in some areas. When I asked about the overlapping brush strokes, they said it would be fine once it dried. It was not. After a lot of phone back and forth, the owner came up with a plan that he thought might fix the problems: to use an emulsifier to dissolve some of the sealant and spread it around. He wanted to send the same crew (which I should not have OKed). The crew came back and we picked a hidden place where they could test the plan. BUT they poured the emulsifier from a big container to a smaller one in a real noticeable place; the emulsifier spilled and made a light area on the concrete. Again they said it would look fine when it dried and of course it did not. There are more details, but you get the idea.

Great company and people to work with. Thorough prep work and cleanup. Work done very well for me included two stamped concrete patios and a flake/epoxy garage floor. Very satisfied with the work.

Bob the owner is a personable guy and his communication is very good, thus the two stars. Most of the work is done by his son and other help. The quality of work was not good.I had my garage floors epoxy coated on a rainy couple of days with an attemp to tarp the entrance. I watched them cover wet floor from rain with epoxy and had to mention it before they stopped, temporarily. The work was generally sloppy. The floor was sanded properly bit not cleaned as it should have been and it is very grainy in many areas. The edge of the garage door had direct rain while drying and has a different rough finish and I expect it to peel. The painted walls were taped to mask the brush but when peeled it it ripped the paint and drywall in many areas. Finally, the painted areas around the wood trim were comically sloppy. Literally inches above the floor all over the wood. I sent Bob pictures and he was silent with no response. As nice enough of a person, I do not recommend this company.

Bob from Concrete craft was exactly to the point on what needs to be done and the options available. They were on time with all the committed dates and work completion.

They do excellent work. Be prepared for the post-job smell. The sealant they use is really nasty. It's apparently the best stuff but you won't want to be anywhere near it for 2-3 days. Goodbye aggregate!!!

I had a 2 year old aggregate concrete driveway that was crumbling. I looked for over a year to find someone that could repair it. All the other concrete companies told me it could not be repaired. Then I found concrete craft. They have a proprietary product that they applied and they stained and sealed the undamaged portions and it looks great! No more loose pebbles, something I considered a Hazzard, as well as unsightly. I'm very happy I found them.

Bob, the owner, is very professional and personable. We hired him to power wash and re-seal our large stamped concrete patio. He is quick to respond whether it be via phone, text or email (other concrete companies we had the exact opposite experience!). We will definitely use this company again.

Concrete Craft re-surfaced our cracked concrete / aggregate driveway with stamped concrete. It looks great!! Bob, the owner, is great to work with - a real professional. He completed the job on time with high quality.

I had a concrete porch that was painted years ago and was leaking. It looked awful. Bob and his crew resurfaced the porch, several steps and a walkway, stained and sealed it all in 2 days. The surface looks like natural slate stone. It s amazing. It was a huge improvement and adds to the curb appeal of my house. I would highly recommend this company for resurfacing work.

Bob is great to work with, always showed up on time and made arrangements before he came out. The coloration on my project isn't what I wanted exactly, after discussing it with Bob we came up with a solution. Bob stayed in contact and followed the project to completion. I am very pleased with the final color and look, came out great!

Very professional and explained the process very well. Worked well with us.

The guys came out and took care of the concrete surface for our entire basement. They took it from a surface covered with paint and texture to one that we can now install a floor over. The guys were nice, polite, communicated well and did a great job of managing the dust and clean-up. I would hire them again.

They guys did a nice job in record time. Break out and haul away the old cement and set the forms on day one. Then pour and finish the next day. It looks great
