Do not hire them!

Lack of protecting customer near by property from heavy dust and wind driven leaves and trash to curing overlay

Once they sold me their product and did the job (with a disabled crew) they did not want to honor their warranty. I had a 2 year warranty and when I called the owner for the 3rd time, I was told my driveway was 2 years old, what did I expect! It is peeling after they sent a crew out with a broken pressure washer, who ended up hosing the driveway down, blowing it dry and putting more of their product down which bubbled up once again and peeling . I called them again, got a return call saying they would call back. They did not call back, and I wasted $3500! These people did not honor their warranties!!!! Will contact Better Business Bureau.

Both garage and patio turned out very well. Good company, good products, good people. Installers were careful and always accommodating. A little "pricey" but would recommend Concrete Design Solutions without reservation.

Communication was excellent; the men who created the design are "artists" . We were very satisfied with the design, the professionalism and above all the results. This was a large project and Jeff and his team did an outstanding job. We would recommend them to everyone.

HAD ENTRANCE TO DRIVEWAY REPLACED AND IT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY.ALL INVOLVED WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND HARD WORKING..WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

The end result was acceptable however, in trying to rush through they had to remove the product due to rain and created a mess of plaster all over my courtyard and items. This caused me many hours of cleanup. They also did not pick up after themselves sufficiently in the evening. They need to know not to treat every job as if it is a new construction job where things can be left unkempt.

Jeff was great to work with. He has been very accessible before, during and after my project. My patio and pool area looks great. We went with a hand-troweled product with scoring in large squares to cover deeply weathered aggregate and mismatched smooth slabs and to give a natural stone look.

All the employees of Concrete Design Solutions, LLC were very professional. All the work was performed to our specifications, and we love the final result.
