It was a complicated project due to mud and flooding issue and needed a new patio that would be diverse for kids sports to functional for outdoor dining to taking care of flooding issue. New area with french drains and curb created. Amazing work, lots of detail. We got three estimates, he was the most knowledgeable though he tied with the lowest bid. Customer service top rated.

Jim Hightower is knowledgeable and conscientious. He got the work done on time and on budget. He came back to offer advice and assistance since the concrete was laid down. We will hire him again!

Jim and crew just finished installing three large concrete piers for a new deck that will overhang our backyard slope. Jim was very attentive to the engineers specs and did everything to insure inspections would be passed. He was great at communicating with me about the work details and scheduling. He always showed up when he said he would and got the job done quickly.

James listened to what we wanted and gave helpful ideas that turned out a very positive result in the end. Was refreshing to find when he said he would be on site he was. He uses some very good subs to get things done in a good and timely manor. The fact that he listened to our requests and then was able to fulfill them meant lots. I am going to use Hightower concrete designs again and am going to recommend him to others without fear of failure.
