Excellent customer service!! They resurfaced my patio about 7 years ago and did a fantastic job! Recently I had some minor damage to the patio and spoke with Claudia. They came out promptly to fix the damage at no charge. Highly recommend this company!!!

It looks great at first then a few years later, it looks terrible. In fact, when it started deteriorating, they charged me and I paid over $400 more for the sealant and lifetime warranty. Now 2 years after that, it looks terrible again and they won't honor the warranty and asked for more than $1000 to fix things. They claim its pool chemicals but my front walkaway where there is no pool likes like 10 years old after 2 years. No way will I give them any more money. I am spending my money on a legal resolution. Lawyer hired, papers are being filed with the court. Time to let a judge review this.

Kudos and many grateful thanks to; Claudia, Guillermo and Jennifer. I've finally got a beautiful patio. It took a while, in all honesty, but Claudia and team wished for the results to meet my expectations. I wish I could post a photo as even the hand painted artwork, my personal design, came out perfect. I've now got a newly colored concrete surface and most important for kids and guests it's non-skid and sealed. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Concrete Designs FL came all the way up to Port St Lucie for me to redo my existing pool deck. What a great group of professionals and the colors were applied by artists! The concrete base was installed in a perfect manner. A reasonably priced job with extraordinary results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing concrete resurfacing!

Had a couple of hiccups with communication with sales, office staff and officer, but extremely happy with Joshua and his crew. They worked tirelessly, quickly, cleanly and beautifully. Joshua and his crew are amazing. Thank you
