The job started out well. Rick did not finish the job, and will not come back, or take our calls. It is raining inside the crooked door he installed. I really am convinced that he DOES NOT know how to fix it. So we are stuck with a leaking door. He also does not take criticism well. The shower he tiled was so bad, we had to have it redone. It looked like a two year old had done it. Ranch hands is the same as all of the other shabby contractors out there. Dont bother.

The communication is impeccable! They are clean , even put tarps down to not be on the carpet with their shoes. I highly recommend and believe we have found our contractors for life

I had a great experience with Ranch Hands! They repairs and secured both staircases in my house that were very loose and I did not feel safe walking on them. Both staircases came out great and are solid! I have a list of other projects to be done in my house and will be calling them! Nothing but good things to say!

Rick's amazing, he's very thorough, is good priced and works hard. He's reliable, came in and didn't leave until the job's finished. He was spot on. He fixed someone else disaster.
