Stamped Concrete Installation

My stamped concrete had a few shoe prints and bucket marks in it. One attempt was made to correct the mistake and it made things worse. The contractor has avoided my phone calls. I had to threaten to report him to the BBB to get him to send someone to fix it the first time. On August 12, 2010, I filed a complaint with the BBB because I could not contact anyone to get them to repair the concrete. I received a call today from one of the workers and he said he would be out on Sunday to make the necessary repair. I think that Mr. Felton got a call from the BBB and that is the only reason why someone is coming out to attempt a second repair.
