Personable guy who got the job done quickly (within two weeks) at a fair rate. Only negative, I left 3 messages to offer the job to him, he called back just before i was going give up!

Hired him and never showed up for a job and never answered my calls, waited 1 month for nothing. Stay Away!!!

We contacted David after a very disappointing experience with one of the larger basement waterproofing companies in the area. David was timely, efficient, honest, and did very high quality work. He is not just out to make a buck and is very up front about what is needed and not needed. He was a very pleasant change from the sales pitch approach of other companies. He will do the job and do it right. We were very pleased!

David is passionate his work, he cares about diong a great job and he made a huge impact on the quality of the house. His price was near the lowest. A week or less. Now the basement is bulletproof, love it.

Dave completed the installation of perimeter drain for us in what turned out to be a very difficult yard. It required an extra 1/2 day of labor and excavator rental for a very reasonable cost. He knows his stuff and we would call him again if needed.

Dave came by our house and looked over our situation. He was able to recommend work that was a lot less intrusive than I was thinking might need to happen. The cost, which matched the original estimate, was very fair for the work involved. He was able to schedule the work quickly. The work was completed in a high quality manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help in fixing a wet basement.

The job has not been started yet.... it will be done mid-January. Up to this point I have nothing but good to say about CP,LLC. I will update when job is completed

Dave responded to my request for a consult as soon as I posted it. We set a time and a date for an estimate. He showed up on time and was very professional in his approach. When I selected him for the job, he was able to identify a date and time which he could start. He came on time and completed the job in the time frame estimated. He guaruntees his work and stands by his guaruntee.

When first making all of my calls to have someone come check out my problem (a leaky foundation) and provide a free estimate for the work that needed to be done, the owner of Concrete Prescriptions was the ONLY company that was able to come out to my house and assist me within the next 2 days. He generously fit me into his tight schedule and, upon arriving to my house, was very personable, willing/eager to help, VERY knowledgeable about his craft, and provided me with all potential solutions to my problem. After hiring this company to install a sump pump and perimeter drain, i was very pleased with the crew and their work. Good experience!

Dave came out gave a very detailed description (verbal and in writing) of what needed to be done. He was polite, courteous and gave me a fair price. He also gave me a very reasonable time line of completion. I have not yet committed to Dave at this time, butt after speaking with 3 other contractors....he will be the one to get the job.
