Chris skipped and left a job that had to be taken out and re-done. He did not pay for the concrete of $9000 to our local concrete company named General Shale out of Johnson City, TN. The final cost to us to complete the job which he had quoted for $50,000, costs us over $100,000 to tear out and re-do. It was a disaster. He left the area and went to Atlanta leaving unpaid bills to many. I was told he claimed bankruptcy.

In Ground Swimming Pool or Accessories Repair or Service
Changed out sand filter on our unground pool. He was on time and completed the repair quickly and for a reasonable price. I would do business with again.

I wanted to give Chris a good rating as he was easy to work with, held his price even as I expanded the job somewhat, and the driveway looked good. UNTIL: A large crack appeared in the sidewalk extension. Chris proposed a solution which seemed reasonable but then never showed up to make the repair. Several phone calls and several promises to come right out ensued. I've stopped calling and will figure out a way to repair it myself.

"Mr. Robert Unfortunately There is no way to keep concrete from cracking. We do everything in our power to help eliminate this from happening however concrete cracks. However with that said , I was under the impression that this small crack had been repaired by my workers. It was scheduled for them to come by your place and repair this crack as we had discussed while you was on vacation. I apologize about this and will get to the bottom of it immediately !"

Very high quality work. Always checked to see if we had any comments on their progress. Will say they had some delay doing the project and did not show up when they said they had planned. However I appreciated the care they took when they got started.

Since the time of the patio pour we have found it to be uneven and we have a swimming pool right in front of our patio door. Chris had made promise after promise to fix the problem but never shows up even when he finally makes an appointment. He does not call our return calls. We just want the swimming pool removed from our.patio

"I apologize for the lack in communication. We are typically very prominent on calling customers and scheduling and rescheduling due to bad weather. For whatever reason a call was not made to you when we had to reschedule your job due to bad weather and we apologize as this is not how we do business.
