Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
We had a driveway, walkway, and pad by front door replaced by John and his crew. They were great to work with and very efficient. We had the walkways and pad stamped. Everything turned out excellent. The crew was in sync and worked great together. Would recommend John and his crew to everyone.

had new patio and walkway installed. Were quoted in 08-12, but work didn't start until 10-12. they completely tore up the yard all the way around to the back of the house because they didn't bring enough plywood, crushed a foundation drainage pipe. Since installation we have already developed cracks in the patio outside the break lines. In short, slow to start & complete job, poor site cleanup and repair, but very quick to come for the final payment (the wife came by while they were still completing the job on the last day.

"As a Business Owner you try & do the right things & pride yourself on the work you perform. Don &[Consumer name withheld at their request] were notified that we were scheduling 2 months out, WEATHER PERMITTING. It had continuously rained for 2wks prior to starting & [Consumer name withheld at their request] had called cursing at me, DEMANDING we start her job immediately! She was informed that the ground was saturated from the rain, she had no problem with it at the time. She didn't want to wait anymore and wanted the patio completed. This is the first we have heard of any problems. They were very happy when we completed the project 3 years ago. Payment is NEVER collected until all work is complete."

They were quick to respond. They were polite, professional, and on time. I got a verbal quote the day he came out for the estimate. Had the written quote later that day. They followed up to see if I had questions or concerns. John explained the steps in detail and kept me up to date. They were focused on the job. Lori was nice and handled the scheduling and payment. She was very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Concrete Pros was NOT the cheapest bid that I had, but they were able to fit me in their schedule late in the season. My issue with this contractor was they did virtually NO site restoration. I was left to move huge chunks of grass by myself afterwards and I had to haul in 5yds of dirt to backfill around the walkway's. They did not do a complete job. The owner was also very vague about this and when I pressed for details he did not provide much explanation as to exactly what he would restore. One other thing, he took all the good topsoil and left me with the chunks of worthless sod.

"Not knowing who wrote this review , but I have an idea. I'm very thorough to explain what we do and the extent of backfilling we do. If I remember correctly this side walk you wanted elevated 4" atleast above the existing grade. We had left some fill because majority was not that great. I do not keep any fill whatsoever. I take it to the dump site. The job came out great and you were very happy with the end result. I apologize if you misunderstood. We are not landscapers that backfill up to the height of the concrete but would've if you agreed to pay for that service. Thank you for your business."

John and his crew are truly professional. My garage floor and patio are amazing. The guys did a great job and were truly dedicated to doing it right. Lorrie was great in coordinating everything also. Concrete Pros LLC is a contractor that sets the bar for all contractors to follow. I truly recommend them with out hesitation.

John offered many suggestions to make the total job look and work better. His crew are craftsmen who take pride in their work. I was particularly pleased with the radius corners on the step to my front door. His quote was competitive.
