They are the only game in town. However, the steps do not appear to be elevated and more than they were before, and now have 4 big filled-in circles on them, and caulk where they meet the landing. As a result, they look worse and need to be painted to cover up the resulting ugliness. Can't say it was worth the cost. Maybe it would be worthwhile on a different project, but not this one.
Response from Concrete Raising of Upstate New York
"We're sorry to hear about your concerns. During the initial inspection we discussed that holes must be drilled in the concrete in order to perform raising. This is also in writing on your proposal, our website, and the brochure provided to you. The caulk is a polyurethane sealant to prevent water from getting behind the steps, which likely caused or added to your initial problem. We also discuss that the appearance of the patched holes can be avoided by: 1) replacing the concrete instead of raising/leveling, or 2) applying a coating after raising/leveling work is complete."

I was impressed with the Crack Team. They fixed 250 feet of cracks in our block foundation and made it look and smell 100% better than it was. Thank you The Crack Team.

"Thank you for your review of the work quality and our customer service! Hopefully, as time goes by and the crack doesn't leak, you will see that for under $500 that the repair was an excellent value. Please remember that you have a fully transferable warrany as well, and in the rare instance that a service call is necessary we schedule and treat those exactly as we do a new customer. We are happy to back our work!"
