Concrete Raising of North Carolina

Concrete Injection Leveling Mudjacking, Commercial Concrete Injection Leveling or Mudjacking,

About us

CRNC raises and levels sunken concrete. Our process removes liability issues and saves money. It also offers an improved appearance over the replacement of sections of concrete with a different color than the adjacent sections. It is a faster and cleaner solution than removal and replacement, while landscapes are left unaltered. It can be a very desirable resolution to the problem of sinking concrete due to settled ground.

The slab dropped. The guys came back out a second time and the slab dropped again. It was worth a shot for the cost.

Very happy with the work. I needed 1 slab of sidewalk raised on one side...a small job. I got multiple estimates but all were $800+, which I thought was exorbitant for the job. CRNC did an excellent job for $450. Everyone I talked to was very friendly too.

A very friendly crew totally dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. They were on time both days, hard workers and did a very nice job considering the scope and difficulty of the project which was leveling a badly distorted in ground pool apron. I was very pleased.

The project was raising my sidewalk about 4 inches where it met with the steps. It turned out to take much more filler then expected as the void was quite large, but they stuck with it until it raised.

Very responsive, patient, and kind. They take the time to explain exactly what they are doing and the possible scenarios. Upfront, honest, and hard working, I would recommend them without hesitation (and already have to several neighbors).

I would not recommend the concrete raising contractor. He cracked our sidewalk while trying to raise our front steps. We asked for a warranty on the crack where the crack is more than 1/4" and he would only give us a warranty for 1/2". That's too much. We will have to repour the entire sidewalk again as a consequence. He will not give us a discount because of his error.
Response from Concrete Raising of North Carolina
"It is our standard to warranty any raised concrete that sinks more than 1/2" within one year, but we have gone back to redo work as much as seven years after completion. This job was complicated. The sidewalk had been weakened by the placement of a pipe underneath it, and we warned the customer in advance that there was danger it would crack under pressure. We raised their front steps, which was successful, and merits the amount they paid. We ask that our customers be reasonable with us, and we pledge to be fair with them. Regretfully, Roger Judd, Owner"
