Concrete Renewal DOES NOT POUR NEW CONCRETE, but we do have the perfect solution for any of your residential or commercial concrete problems. If your concrete is spalled, cracked, chipped, or just unsightly, we can repair the problem area, then resurface. Even if your concrete is currently in good condition, we can power wash and apply a sealer that will enhance the performance and longevity of any concrete surface. Concrete Renewal can save you the time, inconvenience and expense of removing damaged or unsightly concrete. We also can restore brick pavers to look like new by first power washing, then applying sweep sand to fill joints.Filling the joints will accomplish 3 things; eliminate weed growth, stop water from migrating under pavers and give them a beautiful finished appearance. We will complete the restoration by sealing the entire surface. Is your stamped concrete dull and worn out? We can renew it by power washing and sealing the surface with either clear or tinted sealer.

My project involved an existing painted porch where the water collected and did not run off. Dave offered suggestions and we discussed what might help resolve the issue. He had suggested slotting the concrete which would have provided a inexpensive solution. Someone else suggested drilling a hole at the low point. Since the issue was quite minor, we were able to find a 1/2" doormat with holes in it. This seems to be what we will do now, but it was really good talking (brainstorming) with someone about possible solutions. If we decide to do more, or any other projects, we will be calling them first.

This is a great company! I was given a sales quote with no pressure, and all my questions were answered before the work began. I was amazed at the result. I was tired of re-paintng my patio every year with the paint chipping away. CTI sanded my patio and put on a coating that looks more like art than anything else! The company's slogan, "Concrete is our canvas", is true! Very pleased with the price and the work performed! I will recommend this company to everyone.
