I really regret hiring this company. It started with me wanting a quote to have some work done for a patio, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to tell me a number. They finally told me a number when they showed up at my door out of the blue, and I decided not to hire them because it seemed like a lot (plus they seemed dodgy, refusing to answer a straightforward question for weeks). Then they emailed me a smaller quote, so I said yes. The gentleman came over and we walked through pretty specific plans for what I was looking for. One week later and the project is "done" but it does not look professional-- it looks like it did when I tried to do it myself, which is what I was trying to avoid by paying a "professional", and he didn't follow the plan we had laid out. I'm temped to tear it all out and start over. Such a waste of time and energy and money.
