I had a terrible smell coming from the faucets at the front of my house (We have two systems in this house and the back part is fine?no smell). The plumbers were prompt and professional; They diagnosed a bad water heater and replaced it for $3,000+, but the smell never left! I have called the office several times but the problem has not been corrected. They even tried to blame my water softener, but if that was the case I would have smelly water in all of the house, not just the front! I talked with another plumber who told me that the problem was definitely with the water heater! So, their initial service was good, but service after the sale is zero!!

Had issues with my water heater,called many local plumbers.Some no shows and others beyond expensive. Decided to call BFP ,came on time and got the job done at a reasonable rate on a weekend. I definitely recommend them , especially for emergency issues.

Great customer service. Fixed the problem to perfection. The tech was on time and very professional. They have several different locations including a Waco location. Will use the mmost definitely in the future. If you have plumbing issues Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the one to call.

They tried to double the price and were about 3 times higher than everyone else that we received bids from. I felt that they were pushy about getting started when I told them I wanted to get some other bids first.
