Supposed to remove and replace porch. Instead he poured concrete on top. When I asked them to do as the contract started he came back and tore everything up. I have had to put yellow caution tape around it and the concrete is torn up, with a huge hole. No answer to phone calls -- Nothing Contractor has already been paid.

David Berg paid attention to what I asked and explained everything.

Mr. Berg is professional, patient to answer questions I had. Cooperated with a change of plans I had and discussed the pro's and con for a SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME.

Dave was prompt and walked us through the project and pricing. He came over and replaced our driveway in two days. We are pleased with the work and would recommend him. We will definitely use him for future projects.

Completely botched the whole job, concrete sloping in all directions, caused flooding into the sunroom, admitted to the massive screw up, said he would be back to tear out and redo, then never heard from again. Avoided calls just disappeared.

Easy to work with. I highly recommend. Had Dave replace old driveway and several sections of sidewalk. Executed exactly the way I wanted. Cost was reasonable for the size and nature of the project. From the time I solicited a referral on home advisor to completion of project was 1 week. Now all we have to do is wait for concrete to cure.

Dave and his wife are concrete designers. I explained the idea I had in my head (sort of) for the driveway extension I wanted for my motorhome. Dave listened, tweaked it, and explained how he interpreted my wants. They provided a quote which was the actual price (very rare these days), stayed in contact, showed up as scheduled, did a great job, completed on time as stated, and cleaned up the area better than I do. I have 2 more concrete driveway/parking pad projects in mind and I definitely will be calling and using Concrete Solutions of Illinois. In fact, any concrete project I come up with, I will be calling them! This company is thoughtful to customer needs, professional, does excellent-superior work, fair in pricing, and do what they say. I am so proud of my new driveway extension they created and I'm sure my neighbors are too!
