Gave the ?you?ll love the way it looks!? B.S. No workers ever showed except his daughter and son on 2 different days ( teens he said was showing them the business!). The way a 20?x6? patio looked: MajorPuddles in 3 areas holding water and causing moldy slime, retainer wall (10? ) Uneven, used plastic strip( used for in ground pools) for drainage instead of French drain I requested ( said strip better), left 6? chain linked fence gate off cement footing, etc. etc. Saw all this and more after 4 days of rain immediately after he said job completed. I stopped last 2 payments and threw him off property. Won my case for full amount and he quickly filed bankruptcy. He has the same bankruptcy in another state ( case accessible on line- ALLEN KIETH POND). Has been cited in Ocala for personal property ( yard) being an eye sore( overgrown un maintained) and abandoned vehicles on property ( also accessible through public records. Wife named). You?ve been warned.

Keith oversold and boasted about how professional his work was. He did an amateur job at best & overcharged. He took 50% upfront and when called out about his work and not doing stress cuts for the driveway, he ghosted me and ran off with 50%?currently reported him to the BBB and small claims lawsuit in the works.

Hired to cement carport. He took 50% down and abandoned the project after getting the permit. The permit expired without him doing any work. He is apparently being sought by law enforcement for an unrelated incident.
