Ram was very professional and upfront with details, pricing and project timeline. The staff cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. I absolutely love my new patio.

Ram was very personable, and his crew was friendly. He excavated, framed, poured a basement addition for us. Also added on a last minute patio. Would use them again. Only complaint, is we were told a week and half to finish. ended up being 3 weeks.

My only complaint is when they left for the day the tools, boards where just left where they last used them, the clean up job was not so great either after removing a tree/shrub . Other than that it looks great. We had an old pond removed and then a slab of concrete poured.

He showed up on time to give an estimate. After the rainy weather cleared he was able to remove the old patio and start on the new one. I like the payment he set up - half at time of start, quarter when they poured and remaining quarter when they sealed the concrete. Very happy with how the patio turned out.

Crew was absolutely awesome. Another job came up in addition to what I had originally needed - demo from a house fire - and they gladly took on the additional work without a break in the service or reschedule. Left everything looking exceptionally nice. Would definitely recommend and/or hire again!!!

Foundation was very accurate to the 1/16th of an inch, level and square.

I had a driveway that was cracked, sunked, heaved in some areas and an overall mess. I love my new driveway!

Great Job! Team was polite, professional, and experienced. Project was completed in a timely manner (5 days from demolition to new finished patio). Team asked if they would be allowed to work over the weekend, and it was no inconvenience to us, we approved. So they started on a Friday and they were finished Wednesday morning. Neighbors commented to us asking "where we found a home services business who would work on the weekend!". We requested to have the forms adjusted to change the steps from the house, just prior to pour, and his team handled it with no problems. Driveway was cleaned, and all previously existing old concrete scrap was removed upon their departure. Customer satisfaction. In addition to the outstanding experience we had, Concrete & Excavating, Inc. is a Business Member of Realities For Children, which means that they help serve over 4,000 abused, neglected, and at-risk children in Larimer County Colorado. They did good professional work replacing a section of my driveway. The end results looks very professional. My only criticisim is that some poor planning lead to new concrete not being available the day they started the demo on my driveway. This led to several days with broken up concrete piled on my driveway, and I wasn't able to access the side of my driveway the work wasn't being completed on. With that being said, I wouldn't hesitiate to utilize them again for similar work in the future.
