Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Francisco was very responsive and dedicated. He was flexible and trying his best to meet customers' needs. I gave him wrong information about the type of water heater to install (electric vs. gas ). We didn't find it out until he was on site with the equipment. He shipped back the wrong one and re-ordered a new one immediately, and he still completed the job on-time without any complaints. His great service and accommodation are appreciated.
