"The installation of an incorrect "sink to cabinet ratio" meant re-work. We are very specific in type of sinks that work best with concrete counter tops and we gives all clients a good vendor or we select the sink with the clients assistance. Client picked up a knock off Under Mount Sink that needed modification. We were very clear in stating that it wasn't the correct sink but they client did not want to wait for a "true" under mount sink to arrive. Installed counter tops and client didn't like placement of the sink as predicated."
