Eduardo is a super guy.. explained what was needed an what wasn't..NO pressure left it all to me to decide.. He even come out and pressure washed my deck on SUNDAY himself...and then I had my porch painted in 1 day.. And if came out looking perfect.. But the best part was the cost he did it for half of what others wanted..very pleased with him and will definetly call on him again if needed elsewhere in my home..

They were quick to do the work. Quickly removed old deck boards. Installed new decking and rails. Suggest that they call before coming to sit to make sure someone is home so it s not a wasted trip.

Eduardo responded to my HomeAdvisor request immediately. He came out the same day to give us an estimate. I was concerned my project of cleaning and staining our deck was insufficient to his business but he assured us that they could do the job (and for a very reasonable price). Eduardo and his crew did the job in a timely matter and did an awesome job. No matter what your project is, I would highly recommend Conde Productions.

He explained everything he was going to do very thoroughly and made it easy for us to understand exactly what he was doing as we are not familiar with construction at all. We already decided to hire him for something else because of how great of a job he did. 10/10.

Conde/Eduardo was very quick to respond to my drywall needs. Met him on site and explained what I wanted done. Eduardo asked follow up questions to make sure he understood and offered additional ideas. Once we agreed to what was to be done I was left with an project estimate, which was very reasonable and a start date which was met. Work was professionally done . I will definitely hire Conde again since they do a wide range of job functions . I have already referred them to two friends of mine.

Eduardo and his team were awesome. We were a little cautious at first hiring a contractor, especially after being taken advantage of before by others. However, Eduardo put us at ease as he was very knowledgeable and personable. They did a wonderful job of fixing up our shed. We are already planning on using for our next project!
