Runnells Landing Condo Association sent specifications to six vendors. Five of them responded with quotes. Our board of directors interviewed each of the five vendors and narrowed our selection down to two vendors. The board and committee decided on Conde Roofing for Mel’s extreme knowledge and professionalism. Conde Roofing’s communication skills with all residents, board, etc. is fabulous. Stephen has done an outstanding job. Adam is on site every day monitoring the workers’ job and has been extremely communicative with everyone. Our landscaping was well protected and the cleanup at the end of each day was superb. I would highly recommend Conde Roofing.

Went with Landmark Pro shingles. It turned out to be a great choice. Crew began at 7:30 and ended at 4:30. You wouldnâ t know that they were at our home as clean up was great. They moved anything that could possibly get damaged. Very happy with the end result and the Conde team.

Mel and his crew completed my roof yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The new roof looks amazing and I feel so much better knowing that the underlayment is water tight and the shingles are the best money can buy. Mel was not the cheapest option, but his offer contained more value than any of the other three offers I received. He was the only contractor to give me a full breakdown of the costs and allowed options that were flexible. For the record I did everything he suggested because of the added value to the contract. When the crew was done roofing they spent another hour cleaning up and making double sure that all of the nails were gone. Today Mel returned and did another thorough sweep of the yard for one last check for debris. I strongly recommend Conde Roofing to anyone looking for a great, professional service. The best choice I could have made!

We chose Conde Roofing to replace the roof on our 130-year-old home. Mel was great to work with. He was dependable and clear in his explanations during the estimate and coordination of the job, and a pleasure to do business with. The large crew worked like a well oiled machine, completing the entire job in one day. The clean-up was meticulous - not a nail or scrap in sight by the time they were done. We are so pleased with the beautiful new roof and we’re 100% satisfied!
