I will begin by saying the basement looks great. The quality of work provided was excellent. However, I was most bothered by the delay in completing the project. We were estimated 3-4 weeks, the work took 9 weeks to complete. Also, it took almost 2 months to begin work due to 2 foreman who did not follow up on plans or bids. The second problem was on budget. We were very upfront on our budget and communicated this upon agreement of starting the project. The reason we went forward was because of this agreement. Four change orders later for $600-$1000 each, I truely lost respect in the integrity and ethics of the company.

95% of the work done by Condev had to be redone by a second contractor(at my expense). Condev did not have the skill or know how to complete this remodel. They charged for services not rendered, did not permit correctly, installed and constructed incorrectly, stole things from our home, lied and so on. We hired an attorney who is pursuing our legal compensation for substandard craftsmanship and incorrect/unfinished construction. Please DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.

They did a fine job. But very expensive. I don't believe they will get any recommendations from the insurance adjuster. The work was good quality though.

The initial contact was extremely promising, but at time went on, there was less and less communication and the job took a full 2 months longer than projected. The paint colors and flooring were done in colors that I didn't approve of (accurate records were not kept of my primary choices), and there were numerous small finishing touches (large gap at bottom of shower door, caulking around gaps between sink and wall, gaps around light switches) that didn't get attended to until I'd made numerous complaints and was forced to postpone the "final" walkthrough several times. The primary reason I chose this company was based on their promise of timeliness and the fact that they warrant their workmanship (such that it is) for a full 5 years should anything go amiss. They are available on a 24/7 emergency basis. I have their phone number committed to memory. Thanks for asking.

excellent execution and follow thru with plenty of attention towards quality and workmanship.They beat our budget making it possible for us to buy a new living room furnature set.Thank You So Much.
