Eddie Read came to my home to give me an estimate on installing a new furnace and air conditioner. He was professional and to the point...he answered all questions with answers that I could understand. I had met with three other companies thus giving myself plenty of options. When I made the decision to go with Conditioned Air, I called Eddie and asked him if he could return to answer a few more questions. He did so without issue and/or complaint. The three young men that came to my home to complete the job were here on time, cleaned up after themselves, worked above and beyond what I expected, were courteous and professional.

Work was done very fast and ahead of time. They also made a few changes for free not in the contract.

I used Conditioned Air Associates, Inc for my services and was very pleased. The men arrived when they said they would, covered the floor area where they were working to keep everything clean. When they went about their work the were quite and efficient. I never saw three men work so well with each other and they were in and out under two hours.

Excellent job: careful, protected the flooring with ground cloths/cardboard as necessary, clean, efficient, thorough, friendly/courteous, and professional. Arrived on time and completed the job by the time they said they would. Explained the workings of the new furnace/thermostat.

There were some scheduling problems (they called on the morning of the install to tell me that they'd double booked themselves. Very irritating). Once the work got started they did an excellent job. The guys worked hard and quickly. They were thorough and conscientious, left the place clean every night. We had a tricky install and were moving the location of much of our hardware, they were very careful to work with us to ensure that everything was what we wanted. Very happy with the install. Good price for good equipment. I'm an aerospace engineer and a PE, I have high expectations and they were met. I would hire them again.

Gave us a competitive quote, arrived on time, were quick and clean and did the job in a single day (at least two others told us it would take two days to finish). Overall quite happy with the work.

Very Professional On time and excellent technician

Conditioned Air was responsive and professional throughout this project. We needed to both replace an existing A/C Unit and solve some airflow problems in our upstairs. Conditioned Air took the time to provide a complete solution in their proposal, whule others contacted wanted to only focus on relacing the unit and would take care of the other stuff only after they got the job. Conditioned Airs complete solution and fair price was the reason we selected them and they did a great job.

This was a tricky job and they fixed it! My dryer is insiide on the 2nd floor and the vent has always leaked lint everywhere. Jose was the lead technician and he knew exactly what to do to fix it. They arrived when scheduled, were courteous, neat and attentive to detail. There was a problem they had to return for, but the bottom line is they came back happily at no charge and the job is perfect.

Excellent service, great price, and timely completion. What else can I ask for?

Everything was good.

The project was well done and completed in a very short time. It was cold weather and the promptness was much appreciated. Work crews were easy to have around and were responsive to any requests.

Conditioned Air Associates completed our project very quickly and they were very courteous and clean.
