New unit was not cooling. Called on Sunday morning and JW Meeks was here within 45 minutes. After checking the unit out, he discovered that when the unit was installed the air conditioning wires were not connected. The original installers AND the county inspector missed this. He connected the wires, turned on the air and all was fine. Good Job, JW!

Dalton showed up promptly after calling and giving his window. Did a thorough job, checked and checked again to ensure all issues were mitigated. To the extent possible, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dalton wore the necessary PPE (which was changed each time he came in) and put the family at ease. I will definitely be contacting Conditioned Air Solutions, LLC in the future (very soon!) to check my entire HVAC system. Fantastic work!

The tec hnition Greg was excellent in knowledge of his job, was perfessional, efficient and above all he was honest and trustworthy which is vital to a older female in a mechanical and technical world.
