Condos To Castles

Attention to detail such as putting things back as they were originally arranged, easing the bathroom floors on hands and knees--who does that anymore?! Definitely will have Castles to Condos back soon!

I hired for a new home before we moved to make the move in easier. The house was relatively clean but had been empty for a number of months so I wanted everything fresh and clean so we could just move in and put everything away. While the house looked clean when I first walked in, I was very disappointed to find all the kitchen cabinets still dirty - the "bread" drawer was literally filled with crumbs! when i contacted Candy she apologized and did send the individual back to complete two days later. becuase of the delay i could not put away anything in the kitchen. During the wait, I also noticed cobwebs and dust on ceiling fixtures and dust in the bathroom medicine cabinet. The woman came back and did clean the drawers but all in all it was a very disapponting experience especially for the fee paid. And, I never did get a follow up to see how the second cleaning went. Very bad customer service especially since I did suggest I may use them in the future - will definietly not contact again.

I was given a quote of $325 to do a thorough clean to my 700 sq ft home for new renters to move in. I gave a list to the person i walked through the house with and i also left an identical list in the home for the cleaner(s). When i got home at the end of the cleaning day several significant items on the list were not done, yet there was no message on my phone or email telling me why the list was not completed. Items not done were windows, fridge, freezer, walls, dustg. Tile floors were cleaned with a cleaning solution that made them sticky. Was told i wd get full refund, received half.

I meet Candy to review the job and C & C sent me a specific list of what they would do. Someone came the next day and did the job. They came back the next day because one problem needed more attention. Great Service
