The gentleman called shortly after the inquiry. We discussed what we needed to have done. Someone came out the next day to do an estimate. They were very thorough and listened to our concerns. After returning to the office with the information, the owner called and discussed the scope pricewise. He gave us an estimate. They came out and finished the job in a timely manner. They did the job for the amount quoted. This is so refreshing considering the trouble we have had with people not doing what was promised in the past.

David and his team addressed all the issues that we had discussed and a couple of others that came up during the process. The work was done neatly with new wiring runs installed where necessary. They even came back the next morning to move a light fixture for me and to troubleshoot a bad connection in a part of the house that they had not worked on.

I hired them to install (3) LED landscape lights on the front of my house a few months ago and to wire up my back yard for future lighting. I provided some lights, so they installed them to light up (2) trees. The third day after installation, the front lights were not on after dark and they are supposed to come on automatically when it starts getting dark. I called and they had the tech call me and we played phone tag and he never called me back. I called the office and they said they would have a tech in the area on a certain day. They never called to let me know if they checked the issue, nor did the office ever follow up. The front lights only work sporadically which is irritating. I think the work quality is good, but the customer service and follow up could be improved. I chose Conductive since it got good reviews and paid too much for what I got.

This company was very professional and kept in great communication throughout the process. We had a fair amount of electrical work that we wanted done in our new house. Renn was wonderful!
