Uncommunicative about when the different crews were supposed to arrive. Required many phone calls just to find out what was going on. The crew that removed the original roof shorted our air conditioning system. Conex did pay to have it fixed by a professional. Some of our outdoor patio furniture, concrete, sides of the house and multiple places inside the garage are covered with tar in places where tar leaked through the wood base or blew off the mop as they were mopping it on. They left this for us to deal with. Other than that the crews were very good about cleaning up any messes.

Selected Conex Roofing Co. by referral from Service Magic, Inc. and by the quality of the proposal handed me by Conex. Their proposal was within averages price wise, well stated, answering all my questions within the document itself, with time spent on "details" including complete photos of my old roof (no other proposals came close). I figured anyone who puts a proposal together that well should surely do well on my roof. I was right! I recommend them highly.
