When you give a quote on line let the people know it is per piece not a full job I needed 3 sinks replaced and the quote you gave me was only for doing 1 not all 3 so the price did shock me.

The customer service was very friendly and provided good communication in advance. I was just disappointed at the cost. Seemed very high for the work and the amount of time spent at my home.

No follow up and hard to communicate with. Had to hire a different company to complete the job.

Paul and Eddie are real service professionals. I didn't have a clogged drain. It turned out that it was just a dry p-trap. I did have them replace all the faucets outside, one of which was leaking. I am happy and confident to recommend them. I'll certainly use them again when needed.

Very professional, very fast, in and out in about 1 hour. Left the bill, a card and refer magnet and nothing for me to clean up. Better than all the other contractors I've worked with.

The Installers were pleasant and professional and one was licensed as a Master Plumber which was great. They were a little late and the cost was more than I expected but I did have to replace a valve that was leaking. They did an excellent job!

These guys came out to give me an estimate on flushing two hot water heaters. They were both old and I was told that to mess with them would very likely render them dead. They recommended I use them until they either go out or replace them as soon as possible. I felt these guys were very honest and will be calling them to install new ones some time in the future.

Very very expensive.

Pressure valves were installed for home built in the 70's. Water was pouring out due to sudden increase in pressure and they came quickly. I can't sy enough good things abour them.

I hired them to repair a rental property I manage. Paul and his helper were very up front and honest with the repair. They gave me an estimate before they started the project and I was very pleased with their concern of the family that were affected by the repair. In the end, the repair was done as discussed and was a success for all.

They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. A little expensive. But checked other things in our house for us. Would hire again
