Mike cleaned out my drain but now theres a leak under the utility sink. He had taken the sink out to access the plumbing. I called a few days ago to report it and asked for a call back. Have not heard back yet. Will probably have to hire/pay someone else. I paid him $600 for thisand it was a tough clog due to rust (or he assumes its rust). He was here for about 3 1/2 hours total (2 hours one night and 1 1/2 the next day) and that amounts to about $170/hr. Thats expensive I think but I guess when youre desperate you take what you can get. Im not happy that I will probably have to pay someone else to repair his work.

NO BS. Just did their job correctly and told me things I will have to consider doing. Had all the proper equipment to handle the job. They will most likely be my plumbers going forward in NJ.

Did the work at the property without authorization and charged me double what it was quoted over the phone.

"We would never do any job without preauthorization. What we quoted you over the phone was based on false information you provided so when we diagnosed the problem, we quoted you accordingly. You submitted your request as a business and it wasn't. When we arrived, your tenant was only present and she called you to let you know of the technician's arrival and status. After completion of the job, she tried to call you several times and you never picked up. She paid the technician in hopes you would take care of the payment and call us back. You stopped answering our phone calls and disappeared for 3 weeks then called back today to request a refund."

Abrahim came out within 30 minutes on Friday night to clear a clogged drain . He quoted what snaking would be which was very reasonable . He was patient with me and helped me find an extension cord to use in my house since my outlet does not work in my bathroom. I have had some recent bad plumbing experiences and was very relieved to have a confident and kind professional. I will call them in the future!

I hired them to fix a clog in both my toilet and shower and they completed the job and gave a 30 day warranty. In my case if it had gone to the next level of cleaning they would have taken the cost of the first half of the job out of the cost of the more intense work.

"Hi Michelle, We understand your frustration but our technicians did their best to try and solve your drain issue. We tried to snake your line, then moved to option 2 when the snake didn't work to hydro-jet it. When the hydro jetting didn't completely open your line, you chose to hire another company to come and snake your line and believed they had the ability to fix your problem and not us. Please note that hydro jetting your line has helped open your clog at least 80-90%. Despite the work and effort we had put into this job for you, we agreed to refund you 50% of the amount we charged you. We also did not charge for the snake."

I hired them for clearing a clogged drain in the kitchen sink which was also affecting the dishwasher. They did a good job solving the problem. The charged me a cool $283.55 after taxes and this is after a discount.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! No attention to detail, bad attitude, and terrible customer service. Based on Home Advisor reviews, I hired them to replace the drain and faucet in an upstairs bathroom. First, they knocked a hole in the ceiling 4 times what was necessary to install the drain. All of the tub fixtures were silver. They installed a silver faucet and a brass stopper/drain. When I told them that it was unacceptable. Their response was too bad, so sad. I called and they wouldn't answer. I texted them and their response was the same. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

"Hi Jay. When a customer chooses to have us provide any parts for a job, it is his/her responsibility to let us know whether there are any preferences in regards to the make/model/material and/color. Otherwise, we go with what we have. Had you mentioned anything to our techs prior or during the installation there would have been no problem avoiding this issue but you called us 3 weeks after completing the job asking to replace the fixtures. We made it clear that there would be an additional charge since the drain is flowing perfectly fine. We never ignored your texts or phone calls and were very responsive. Thank you"
