Compared to the other estimates I received, Connect Techs were fantastic. Price was actually 1/3 less - over $1,000 less. And it was installed within the week. I am not high tech though, and I could use another visit to get further instruction/training on how to access and use the surveillance footage. Jeremy may still be getting back to me, but I wish we had scheduled a return visit before he left. I knew I wasn't going to remember everything.

Fast and friendly.. more than happy to use parts supplied by the customer. Speak with Jeremy and make sure you give as much detail as possible for the job you need done as well as any parts you may want to provide so that there are no issues at installation time ( I had zero , fast and friendly.. in and out in an hour:!! Thank you all for your hard work , I'll refer you asnuch as I can . Also , they were about half the price of the next contractor.. very pleased
