Connected Professional Inspections was a fabulous hire! Very professional and thorough!!! This company in very detailed oriented and explained everything in Great depth. After my inspection, I was better aware of how to proceed in the purchase of the property. They even were available to answer follow up questions I had in the days following the inspection. Money well spent! You definitely will not be disappointed!

Deon is a consummate professional. He did a VERY thorough inspection of the house and gave us some excellent information on what needs to be done to make the property perfect. He was very good about telling us what was a cosmetic and what was a safety/structural issue. Great value, very nice man. Would absolutely hire him again!

Deon was a great source of information and tips on maintaining our 45-year old home. One thing I don't understand is whether it is required to have a doorbell when a door knocker is present since we were labelled as deficient in that area. Our door bell was disconnected because we were in the process of painting. Granted it cannot ring when disconnected but we do have a doorknocker.
