Connected Technology met all the above criterions with exceptional good quality - one of the conduits was not EXACTLY parallel to the other one, on the final inspection it was corrected, the value of knowing things are done A to Z without need to intervein is not something I am used to any more. Here was asked a few questions at the initial conversation and it seemed to bee all the was needed to get the plans, permit, installation and the final county inspection. all the work was done very clean and the site was left with nothing for me to clean after the job was completed. The company was extremely responsive and listened to my request to pull in the installation if possible. and to top it off every milestone was met on the original schedule. Highly recommended.

The staff are very professional and courteous. They are polite and responsive via many sources of communication. No matter what question I had, they were able to respond back on time and in good detail. I reached out to many companies for a quote; some still have not responded. I was finally able to charge my vehicle in a short period of time and did not have to drive to a supercharger station. Thank you!!

I have used Connected Technology for several power saving projects including solar panels. This week the team installed a Tesla PowerWall and a SPAN panel. Tim, Lance and Daniel handled this project with amazing expertise. They were a pleasure to have on site. The install was neatly completed and most hardware is securely installed behind the side yard fence. On this small house placement of hardware took more thought and planning. They came up with a plan that is esthetically pleasing. Now my home is totally power-independent. I recommend Connected Technology and would definitely use them again.

T.C. Installed solar batteries for me, replaced my old kitchen lighting with new recessed lights, installed security system, and installed electric conduit in garage. We wanted to have an EV charging station installed before we purchased an EV and knew our electrical panel would probably need to be replaced in order to do so. I requested bids on the job(s) from a few different companies and Connected Technology was the only company to get back to me. They were willing to work with my timeline and their bid seemed reasonable. I am glad we decided to work with them. They installed the panel one day and came back two days later to install the charger. The electricians that came to the house were friendly and professional. Their work was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any electrical work.

Connected Technology was so very easy to work with during my solar installation process. Five (5) companies were interviewed for the project, not all submitted an estimate or followed up as promised. Conversely, Connected Technology was always responsive and stood out to be the best because of their customer service. They did not disappoint. They stayed on top of the project, kept me informed at every step and answered all my questions. They provided photos of the work-in-process and the completed project without a request for it. I was able to see how the roof was penetrated to secure the panels without climbing a ladder. Actual roof work was done in one day. The panels are not visible from the front of the house. The conduits are hidden in the attic and under the eave with little showing on the exterior of the house. I am really happy that Connected Technology did this job. They will be doing the battery backup installation after the backorder is filled.

My wife always has buyer's remorse. So when they installed a projector, screen, and surround sound, I fully expected my wife to be disappointed because she is very particular about what she wants. These guys did everything right. It was not an easy job either. We wanted a projector to disappear into the ceiling which required a lot of expertise. Bill is a wizard who was able to cast some kind of electrician spell and create a magical experience. It's amazing. We're still blown away by the quality of the picture, sound and, most importantly, the service. After they had installed everything, Bill came back to make slight adjustments so that it was exactly the way we wanted it. There was a lot of coordinating and shuffling; however, the front office was always responsive and polite. I always knew where we were at with the project. This was not an easy project because of where we have our beams. As a result, the project took longer than anticipated. That being said, I really appreciated Bill's honesty and wanting to get the end product right, rather than rushing it to meet a deadline. While I had a few other opportunities to use other businesses, Bill and his team were the clear choice and neither me nor my wife regret our decision to build this incredible theater experience in our living room. Thank you Bill and Jennifer for really knocking this out of the park!

They were on time all the time and explained what they they were doing and why. The EV charger installation was efficiently done at the least cost and is very satisfying.

Just awesome, we should like professionals and companies following your customer orientation style. You guys should provide training for other companies on how to make money but at the same time be able to provide a great service and please the customer. Congratulations for the whole team.

This is the best company! They are very organized and state of the art! Very nice people, great service and honest. I later had a question about something else and when I called the person that answered the phone remembered me! I will call on them again!
