Our ultimate goal is to reduce your radon levels as low as technologically feasible. Our Active Soil Depressurization (ASD) systems oftentimes reduce airborne radon concentrations to<1.0 pCi/l. We install aeration systems to mitigate waterborne radon with removal efficiencies of up to 99% +. When applied appropriately, our Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) systems can deliver waterborne reductions averaging > 90%. Water Treatment & Purification System Repair or Service
These guys are the worst. My water radon systems stopped working(is only a couple years old) and was told that the h pump blew. After ordering the part the crew came back to do the work and realized it was just the fuse that blew. Worked for another 6 months or so and they said they wouldn&#39;t replace the fuse again and had to reorder the pump. After waiting 4 or 5 months for the part and me occasionally checking in they told me they apologized but wasn&#39;t sure what happened to the order. I received a call from Danica and she mentioned that a vp at the company approved doing the h float at no cost for the inconvenience. When the next technician came out to replace the h float he realized the only issue was again the blown fuse. He was confused as to why the h float needed to be replaced and told me that there would be a charge for the h float if they were to replace it. After speaking with Luke and then the owner Steve they reiterated they would not honor what their employee had relayed to me. Steve was extremely nasty on the phone and rather than check with his employee as to why they would offer that, told me that I was crazy to expect that. I have the voice mail transcript to prove the conversation from Danica but they did not care to see it. Have had numerous other issues with them as well. Would def stay away.

A detail that was omitted in your review was your expectation of a new pump replaced at no cost to you, even though it was out of warranty. With that said; we try to learn from every scenario, and will make every effort to do better going forward. We wish you the best."

Great job and quality work for installation of the radon system. The guys adjusted the location of the fan and the exhaust pipe for me with no issues. Got the work done quickly and kept the area neat and clean. Great customer service.

I called them in for radon ventilation services. They gave me a certain plan to install the system a certain way. I paid them a deposit and scheduled the service. When they came in, their team wanted to drill my concrete floor and close a certain drain, which was completely different than the plan they had marketed to me before. I didn&#39;t allow them to start their work and sent them away, and I asked for my deposit back. They wouldn&#39;t agree to give the deposit back. They wouldn&#39;t even answer my letters... I sued in small claims court. They didn&#39;t even answer. I won the suit. They didn&#39;t pay. I had to use a Marshall&#39;s help to get my money back. Don&#39;t EVER use these guys. I deal with 30 vendors for my house. These guys are an outstanding group (to the negative).

Connecticut Basement installed our Radon System 5 years ago and did a fantastic job so we hired them to install our new water softner. During the install it was discovered and verified by me that the well pump was defective (19 years old) and they managed to do all the work plus the well pump in the same day. Without the well pump we could have gone days without water. They were here at our house for 9 hours. Super service!!
