"Good Morning Michael: I'm disappointed we could not come to an agreement on your scenario. We do try our best to deliver fair pricing on parts and services. A detail that was omitted in your review was your expectation of a new pump replaced at no cost to you, even though it was out of warranty. With that said; we try to learn from every scenario, and will make every effort to do better going forward. We wish you the best."

"It is unfortunate that Mr. Medina chose to give a negative review and attempted to tarnish our reputation. There is more to this story than can be posted here. For the record, our refund check was in fact returned to us. We are the oldest radon mitigation contractor in CT (1987), with tens of thousands of successful mitigations and satisfied customers. We are a team of qualified radon industry professionals that takes pride in the work we do, and the services we provide. Our longevity in this industry is a testament to this."
