I know nothing about garage doors and the salesman was very patient, explained my options and made me very comfortable with the process. The only "downer" was that it took a rather long time to get the door, before it could be installed. Other than that it was a very smooth purchase. While I hope I will not need their services again I would definitely recommend them.

You might just need a quick answer; however, if not they will continue until a solution has been reached, even if it means returning to the sight. All and all, they did a good job. However, I thought I contracted them for the full job, with everything they needed to complete the job. This would include the trim seal. When the installer arrived, one of the 1st things he said was that if I wanted the trim seal, it would cost extra. He forgot to include it in the original quote. I don't like surprises. I looked back at the different the rest of the quotes actually included the trim seal, right on the quote. I called the company, and they offered it to me at a discounted rate, so I took it. Other than that, the rest of the install went fine, and everything works fine. Someone should let them know that if they are quoting a complete job, them need to include everything, and if they miss something, it should be on them, not the customer.
