My projects involved installing new exterior DRAINAGE (this specific project category should be added). There were five (5) different projects I overviewed with Adam onsite, all of which I had specific details for him to follow. Unlike most drainage guys, Adam carefully LISTENED to me and posed thoughtful questions about my specs. He DID NOT scoff or say "I've been in business XX years, I know what you want and I'll do it MY way". We talked about minor alternatives, some of which I OK'd, others I didn't. I hired Adam right then because of this. He spent most of the next 9 weeks carefully implementing the ideas we'd worked out. Adam was always willing to interact on spec changes and small add-ons I wanted. He was always super attentive to me and my surroundings, his work was quiet and non-impactive to neighbors. The 5 new drainage systems work really well and have solved many hidden water problems that have beset my property for 30 years. I need my driveway replaced, and I will soon be hiring Adam to do that job a couple of months from now, as he now knows exactly how my property needs to drain around it so that it doesn't get under-mined. I've already written a lot here, but I can't say enough good things about Adam's work and his constant concern for pleasing his customer.
