Management of the project very poor. Very bad customer service No respect for customers time. Showed up without the tools to start the job and then started on a portion that did not need restoration. Did not show up as stated. Left the scaffolding on my lawn at close of days work. The workers were great. It is the management that was awful .

My house is from the 1940's with the original stucco which was cracked and peeling off all over. After getting many quotes, I chose Jean and his team because of their reviews and they were most accommodating to work within my budget. I was only able to afford to do half of the house, so I did the two worse sides, the rest can wait. Jean and his workers are the best, were on time, if not early, friendly, very courteous and the stucco job they did on my home was stellar. Who knew you could be so excited and happy over stucco, HA! I highly recommend this company and I look forward to when I can hire them again to come back and finish the rest of my house. Might also be using them for other projects soon.

My existing Stucco job of a large home was of high quality but one area had strange peeling. There is no one in this area who performs this trade. I went through Home Advisor and located Jean of CT Stucco in the New Haven area. He drove all the way out to Woodstock Valley, sized up the job, gave me a price and emailed me a quote a few days later. They returned when scheduled. because this home is on the side of a hill, they pipe-staged the entire back of the house, power washed and scraped away all the loose material and applied a new ground coat of cement. They applied the color and texture coat the next day. I had the old color chart from the original job and jean brought color samples and part numbers that match original job. They also repaired the window trims and decorative color bands that are a different color. consequently, they were working with three different colors at the same time with perfect cutting-in. Keep in mind, there could be a very slight difference in color shade due to exposure of the old and a possible change in the formulation of the new. I have been in and out of the construction business for many years and very familiar with this particular trade. it is fussy and precise work with no room for error or incompetence. Finding the "RIGHT" contractor in this trade is paramount, and they are few and far between. I highy reccomend Jean and CT Stucco Construction for quality masonry stucco work.

Jean was willing to meet with our unit owners to walk us through the project. He responded promptly to our questions and addressed any concerns that we had throughout the project. Jean and his crew did an amazing job on repairing the stucco on our building. They came early in the morning and worked hard to get the work done. This project was being done concurrently with another contractor working on our window installation. Jean was able to work around the major delays caused by the other contractor. He provided us with an updated schedule to ensure that everyone in the building was informed about the project process and the needs of the crew. I would recommend CT Stucco and would use them, if needed, in my own future home. The quality of their work was excellent.

We had stucco added to our concrete foundation and it came out great! The price was quite reasonable and creates a finished look of the foundation. They did a fantastic job and I have already given their name out to several people.

Great workmanship. Jean is a true professional. Detailed quote and prompt completion of the work. They matched the texture of the existing stucco very well as they did not replace everything but repaired the damaged portions. They then painted the entire stucco facia to match the old color of the existing stucco.

Jean was professional and the crew did a good job in a timely fashion. They repaired some Dryvit plaster and patched where we had closed up some sliding doors and made the openings narrower.
