10/10 would use CT Valley Home Improvement again! Scott was very easy to work with. After taking the deposit, he ordered our materials right away and communicated every step along the way to our new roof. Our install day went great. His team arrived on time and had an impressive streamlined process for stripping our old roof and protecting our yard/plants from debris. They were ready to start applying the new shingles before lunchtime and finished the roof in one business day. After completing the job, they did several sweeps around the house with magnets ensuring they did not miss any nails or scraps. In the weeks since the new roof, we have only found 2 nails! We also had Scott install new gutters, which that team came out just a few days later, and had our new gutters installed within a few hours. Overall everyone was very pleasant to work with! We can't thank Scott and his team enough!

Had three contractors come over and estimate the cost of replacing the roof, Scott was the only one who actually climbed up and walked around on it and inspected it, one said they could give me a price by looking on Google Earth. Job was done quick, on budget, very pleased.
