Excellent attitude by Bruce, as well as his team. They were quick and efficient, while doing exactly what was asked, and more! They brought back the days of Quality and adapting to the customer, which is rare these days. I would contact them for my next project, and highly endorse "Connecticut Valley Tree Service".

Did ok work, but underexpected how long it would take them to do the job, so the last day they seemed to hurry up and get out without really cleaning up as much as they said they would. Bruce is a good mgr, but you need to keep him mon site or else his guys try to do their best which is not always what you and Bruce discuss.

An excellent experience. Mr. Martin came to our property promptly, provided a fair estimate on the spot, and was back within several days to perform the work. The crew was experienced and professional and they performed the work efficiently and neatly.

Bruce was very quick to respond and extremely courteous. He drove one hour to view our site and provided a bid right on the spot. His price was very fair and his response time/ start date was very impressive and immediate.

They destroyed my lawn, didn't clean up debris as promised, didn't complete the job due to darkness and lack of a ladder, cut down my lilac bush that it took 15 years to grow (not part of the job). I was expecting to get lots of firewood out of the job...they shredded anything they could as it is quicker for them then cutting firewood. Overall, I am very disappointed. They offered to take $200 off the price of the job to cover the lawn. $200 won't even cover the cost of grass seed, not to mention the hundred hours of labor it will take to repair the mess they made.

These guys did an excellent job. Took down 10 trees and pruned a few more. Some were very close to structures and nothing was damaged. Cleanup was thorough. Fast to respond for the quote and for the service.

CT Valley Tree Service arrived, removed 18 trees from my property. Unforunately, due to wet weather their equipment got stuck in my yard and they had to bring in heavy equipment to remove it. My yard looked like WWIII had been fought there! They tried to bring in some fill and seed to repair the damage but given the weather they promised to return in the spring to provide better repair - we'll see if they actually come!!
