The owner who quoted the job did not do the work but he was there at the beginning of the day to review the details of the project. The two workers were very hardworking, professional, friendly, etc. They did a great job.

Rod and his team are amazing. I had a lot of rotted wood and Rod’s team did an amazing job with carpentry work as well as excellent quality painting using quality materials. They did not cut corners and their work was so neat. Quality, customer service and value for money are 5 stars. I will continue to recommend and use Rod services. Highly recommended.

I had given up on the walls in my second bedroom. My teenage daughter fastened a huge bulletin board on the wall, plus hang all her posters using any type of fastener she could find, even scotch tape. Rod and his crew made those walls like new, unbelievable!

Rod and his crew performed way above our expectations. They were professional, punctual and did a thorough job of cleaning up when they were done. The exterior of our home looks wonderful and they extended themselves to help us with interior painting and repairs as well - all with the same results. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and customer service/professionalism is by far the best we have experienced after multiple renovations and projects on two homes in Fairfield County over the last 20 years. We would highly recommend Connecticut Yankee Painting for any project.

It was a challenging job due to high / odd shaped cathedral popcorn ceiling. Absolutely meticulous with the work they performed. He has also done some prior work for me and is the reason I hired him again.

Hired to install crown molding in dining room and two bedrooms. Day one was great quality work but took an extremely long time to complete (like 12 hours) for one room. Different sub-contractors showed up on day two to complete the bedrooms in like 2 hours. Would definitely consider for painting jobs in the future, but will not hire again for our remaining additional crown molding work.

"If the chief complaint is time to complete project I can live with that. Had I realized beforehand how out of level and unsquare the walls were I would have charged more money. The lenghth of time to complete the work was because I wanted the work done properly. I never want to just use massive amounts of caulk to hide significant imperfections."
