Fence (wire) and control box were installed in June. Puppy was collared and trained in July. We needed to postpone her training because she had surgery. Mr Smith was very accommodating. Thereafter we had issues with the control box beeping. Mr Smith returned and inspected the controller and wiring around the perimeter to identify the source of the alarm. Fixed! Patient, ethical, professional. Would recommend him to anyone.

This is a terrible business man who does not keep to his word. I waited a month for him and he cancelled on the day he was to install. He said it was too far, but he knew the location. I would have been able to accept it if he postponed due to scheduling but cancelling is not acceptable at the last minute.

I would Reccomended to anyone who needs a new electric fence or has a problem with existing one as I did. They came promptly to access problem ( breaks in wire) and repaired quickly. They also upgraded my transmitter collar. My puppy has been safe and my wife and I am at peace knowing he is safe.
