Craig is very responsive, detail oriented, and a great professional. Based on the quotes I received, his was one of the more fairly priced for the service I received. He is happy to send you examples of his inspections so you can get an idea of what you will be receiving. He maintained contact after service as well to make sure everything was done properly. This is my first home inspection, but providing he is still in business next time I move he will be my first call!

Craig was very quick to respond to our request and very detailed in his inspection. Very easy to work with and a really nice gentleman. Was willing to reschedule for the final part of the inspection due to electric and water being turned off. Answered any and all of our questions and made suggestions to the best course of actions. Very much appreciated and I highly recommend him.
