Conrad Construction has been in business since 2015. Patrick Conrad started the company after spending over 20 years in the building industry and working on hundreds of Portland area homes. We specialize in home remodeling, additions and ADU's as well as carpentry including framing, siding, decks and trim work. We focus on customer communication, satisfaction and a systematic approach to the remodeling process. We had new on-the-market Marvin Modern windows installed by Conrad Construction. The windows turned out amazing. The work was super high quality, the crew polite, the price reasonable, and Patrick and his team were very easy to work with. It was very easy to resolve issues and Patrick is a high integrity individual who wanted to make sure the work was done well and as it should be.

We had our bathroom remodeled. It was a complete removal and replacement with new shower addition and tub and vanity. Patrick's crews were excellent as well as were his subcontractors. Patrick was always available by phone for questions and stopped by the job nearly every day. Dust and noise were carefully managed as we are a condo. Our neighbors were complimentary of all the crews. Would definitely hire him again.

Needed a new water heater installed to replace a water heater that was no longer available. They no only provided a water heater that met our price point, but the delivery and installation was perfect!
