We did a complete bathroom remodel with Conrad and his crew including expanding the bathroom by removing an adjacent closet. Conrad and his crew were easy to work with and adapted to changes and our requests without complaint. The project was on time and on budget and the quality of the work was great. Next time I will make sure to have more of a master plan (to make sure we are all on the same page) before begining construction, but otherwise we were completely happy with Conrad's work. We will definitely use him again.

This provider stayed within the estimate he gave us. He gave us additional suggestions for the project that were very beneficial. Conrad and his crew were very polite, they didn't use foul language at any time and were very professional. He was a very courteous and prompt provider and always stayed on schedule. He stayed in touch and kept us informed. We are VERY well pleased with him and would recommend him to more than just a colleague or a friend!

Conrad and his helper, Jose, did a fantastic and very prompt job replacing the top cover of my rooftop exhaust vent. It got blown off in a windstorm on Saturday and he was able to do the job on Monday before the rain came in and ruined my ceiling as I could not get on that steep pitch to cover the hole. Not cheap but nothing is these days. I would hire him again.
