Reviews
Write a ReviewTim came out to a wiring nightmare on a irrigation system for a baseball field. Even though it's been 100 plus degrees outside, Tim worked for hours in order to trace and repair lines. Would definitely recommend and use again!
They do a nice job…good value for money.
Was quick to respond and would recommend to others
I’m most appreciative of Conserva Integration. I needed a small PVC pipe repair for my sprinkler system, and they charged me a fraction of some of the quotes I received from other companies. These guys did right by me
The owner stopped by to inspect the sprinkler system, then rolled up his sleeves, and started fixing things. It was great to see. replaced heads with more efficient ones, replaced a selenoid, and tested the zones. Very pleased that I now have a working sprinkler. Very reasonably priced.
Miguel was great! On time, quick, and knew exactly what to do.
I have called several times and they have not responded to give me the correct price.
Did not try to upswell me to more zones. Patiently walked me through the app
Communication was not good, within the company (each other) nor with us. We explained what we wanted to the man who bid the job, but that was not adequately conveyed to the crew. We asked that they not begin work each day without talking to us first so we know they will be doing exactly what we need, but they only argued with us each day saying they knew what to do, yet when we returned from taking our grandson to school, they were doing something totally different, and we had to check every hour or so because they still didn't seem to understand or even look to see if what they were doing was level. We had to explain how to build a retaining wall with rocks to them, and how to lay rocks for a sidewalk. The next day was a different crew and we had to explain all over again then check on their work throughout the day again. Then 3rd crew came out to do the waterfall part and we had a huge fight with the company because they were going to use a thin plastic instead of a pond liner as per the contract. Finally they did use the pond liner but finished the waterfall while we were gone for the day after we specifically asked them to wait until next week when we would be home. The waterfall was OK, not as nice as we hoped. We hired professionals because every time we re-did our waterfall we had a problem with backwash. We thought they would know how to build it better. They didn't, and even squirted "Great Stuff" under our rocks to prevent the backwash. Not cool. We expected better. Finally, we had another big fight with them because the Contract said that $400 was budgeted for removal from materials (dirt) from the jobsite, but if none was removed, the $400 would be deducted from the Contract price. No dirt was removed. They insisted on keeping the $400 to cover the extra labor they spent doing it wrong, then having to redo it after we explained again the work we contracted for. There was no Forman or Project Manager to guide and take responsibility for the work, or quality control. We had to be here to do that. After a big fight about the $400, it was finally deducted from the total, because it was written in the Contract, which they never seemed to look at or abide by. Having them do most of the digging did save us time, but their work was certainly not worth the price and hassle we had, plus we had to redo most of it when they finished.
. We are sorry for your experience, it seemed the job scope changed numerous times and we did not keep up. As we discussed at the end of the project, all your requests were incorporated and we stuck to the original cost, with no changes to the original price. Hope you are enjoying the finished product. - William Smith
