Great service

I spent over $1000 dollars with this company based on a quote they provided to get the entire system up and operating correctly for one price. After numerous calls, most of which were not returned, I still have a system with 3 zones that do not work, and heads that leak water. I have had to replace heads myself and adjust the heads to water the lawn properly. The last visit did not result in zones working but them just moving the zones on the controller so it appears I have 9 zones instead of 12. They were supposed to follow up with me, yet I still have not received a call.

The spring work was preformed to my satisfaction. Scheduled a winterizng appt. - Oct 15th between 8-9. Tech didn't show. Called Oct 15th after the no-show and left a msg. to call me. The call was not returned. Called a 2nd number that was provided Oct 16th. Spoke to Patrick. He said that Cody was suppose to arrive on Oct 15th between 8 -9 am. Patrick said he would call Cody to see what happened and said he'd call me back in the next 10 minutes. Patrick did not call me back . Very disappointed in this service.

They seemed to contract out jobs to techs. I was having issues with the system not turning on but he didnt put a meter on the wires to see what valve or valves werent working. Just estimated it was all four valves not working. I will find another company to do the proper diagnostics.

After initial install of two drains by third party contractor, they came out to make adjustment per my request. However, the adjustment to the drain height was still not sufficient. I texted them, sent videos showing the drain not collecting, left voice mails and heard nothing back. I initially gave them a positive review as promised, paid in full, but they have never responded since my first request to adjust the one drain that sets too high. This complaint has also been given to the BBB.

My Technician was Bobby Wallace. He was very professional and friendly. He checked all of my system because I am putting my house on the market. He said everything was good. I really appreciate his time because I do not want to leave a problem for the next owner.

They have not return any of my calls or Home Advisor calls. Work was not completed and the inconvenience it cause. It was a bad experience overall.

We were given a two hour window for the technician’s arrival. He showed up near the end of that time but got right to work; identified and fixed the problem in about 1hour and 15 minutes.

Willing to work with me and my schedule. Punctual and prepared for the service that is to be done. The technician took his time to explain their process and offered suggestions on other improvements. I will not hesitate to recommend Conserva and am looking forward to working with them for all of my sprinkler system needs.

They serviced my sprinkler before with no issue. This go-round, they came out to look at my blown out valves and said there was nothing wrong with them (they are still leaking). Then they said my rotors in my sprinkler heads were busted. When the tech looked at one of the sprinkler heads, he said there was old piping and he would come back the next Monday to replace the head. He never came back and now have a hole in my yard with a missing sprinker head - I can not even run my system in that zone now. THIS WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. I have tried calling 4 times and not even one call back (or pick up). This is a very shady business and even question using HomeAdvisor referrals ever again.

Bobby did a great job checking my sprinkler heads and repaired those that needed repaired. I would highly recommend him.

The gentleman who came seemed to know his business very well. He checked the system quickly and completely.

Prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable. Update to my 1st review: Came out an turned off the sprinkler system for the winter. Said there was a crack in the backflow. Showed me a quotation for a used one and was to follow-up to replace. No follow-up/no returned calls from messages left...no NOTHING. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

I would not hire this company again. Didn't communicate anything they were doing, left without explaining what they did.
