Prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable. Update to my 1st review: Came out an turned off the sprinkler system for the winter. Said there was a crack in the backflow. Showed me a quotation for a used one and was to follow-up to replace. No follow-up/no returned calls from messages NOTHING. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

I would not use them. We had an awfull experience starting with showing up and doing work when we were never reached to confirm a time. They jacked up the irrigation system and reset the irrigation system where it would come on twice a day. Water bill was $400. Crazy, awful experience to the point where we just went to another company who corrected their careless errors. The receptionist at the office was pathetic and almost impossible to track down. Then we had the initial conversation she had the audacity to tell me the appointment was made so they came out. I don't understand why HomeAdvisors even has them on their list. Read reviews on Google first. I wish we had. Enough said. Nice service guys though, just really bad service.
