The equipment installed did not work properly. Still, have not the time to replace defaulted equipment. I expected work to be completed first. Calling another proven company.

"Hi Roscoe. It appears you have us mixed up with another company. We have never provided any services at your address. Additionally, we've reached out multiple times to check if you'd like us to take a look at the work performed by the other company. We offer a 100% free system inspection and estimate for repairs. Please note, again, we have never serviced your irrigation system. You inadvertently reviewed the wrong irrigation company. My irrigation system was initially installed by another company but the system had a problem with the pump cutting off and on. After 5 attempts to repair the system without success, I called Conserva Irrigation, initially they had problems too identifying the problem and I rated them lower in an earlier review. This company was determined to identify the problem and solved it. They did not give up and finally resolved my problem and now my system is working properly. I have decided to make Conserva Irrigation my permanent irrigation company. The customer service was great.

After 2 visits from their repairman and replacing piping and parts, I was told it was probably my pump. I was disappointed because I was paying this irrigation company to repair my system. The purpose of the estimate was supposed to determine if they could handle the repair. Now I'm back where I started .

"James, We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the service. We made repairs to your pump, but those still did not fix the issue, so we let you know that a new pump would need to be installed. We can always handle that for you, and we let you know the price for that. If you want to move forward with getting your pump replaced, just let us know and we can install a new one for you. We do let customers know that we like having the well company that we work directly with come and take a look at the well if there still seems to be an issue, because a lot of the time there is an issue getting water from the well up to the pump, so that is why we refer our partner to take a look as well. Terrible customer service, one day job turned into a 6 day nightmare. Employee sleeping in my front yard, never showing up on time, and one of the biggest things is they promised a certified insured plumber to do the plumbing work and he was not insured. Very bad experience - do not hire them.

Took forever to respond but did the work. Charged too much for closing down the system that took 10 minutes. I wish I could get paid the hourly rate they got.

Company promptly called and had someone scheduled to come. However did not follow up with an estimate as promised or to complete the work.

The crew did a great job. Very thorough and pleasant to deal with. They both genuinely care about their work and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and satisfied. I would recommend them to anybody. The only downside was they are little on the pricey side on their parts and labor but nonetheless if you can afford them, use them you and will not be sorry.
