He never showed up and didn’t bother to give me a courtesy call to tell he was incapable of doing the job. I took the day off waiting for him and he wouldn’t pick up the phone to talk to me either. WORST Con company.

He answered all my questions, explained to me in details everything needed to be repaired, walked with me in the backyard and showing me what he means, he was not rushed. they were late for the appointment and when I called customer service replied back in less than 1 min and they were at my door within 20 mins ! Great service! a bit above the price average for winterizing a sprinkler system compared to others. But I had a great experience with them !

The guy didn't know how to hook the compressor to the sprinkler system to winterize it. Way over priced. Was mislead on pricing

They were quick to set up an appointment over the weekend and that was helpful. They had to come back the next day to fix a few things, as they were not done correctly the first time. I still have leaks and some sprinkler heads are not retracted and likely will break.
